Our company uses the latest cryogenic low pressure technology for separation of gases present in the air through liquefaction by boiling points of the gases. The process of O2 generation starts with intake of ambient air through an inlet into the air separation unit. The air is compressed in the air compressor and purified of impurities including hydrocarbons, moisture and carbon dioxide in the purification unit comprising of molecular sieves. The processed air is liquefied to cryogenic temperatures following which it is distilled in low pressure for attaining high purity.
Our air separation unit machinery is trusted for its reliability, durability and continuous performance without any interruption. Moreover, our ASUs (air separation units) in all capacities yield 20% extra oxygen being made with the European quality components and parts. And, the units are capable of producing both O2 and N2 for meeting industrial requirements. Customers have the option to generate both the gases in the proportion they want and they can also decide to produce only one gas and eliminate the produce of other products back into the atmosphere. The unit comes equipped with a liquid pump for cylinder filling.
We use the best quality ASME standard materials in the making of the machinery for durability. Life-cycle of our products is over 25 years. Many of our air separation products are functioning in different parts of the glove even 30 years after their commissioning and installation. Since our quality standard and manufacturing techniques are benchmarked against European standards, we use only components and parts procured from the best European OEMs. Air separation column being the most critical component we use high grade stainless steel in the making of the column. Our air separation machine manufacturing cost is lowest in comparison with other manufacturers in the industry.
